WICEF is a leading humanitarian organization fighting poverty. We place special focus on working alongside with Women and Children also poor community, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart of community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV, increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity and protect natural resources. WICEF also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives

Purpose:

To achieve the policies and practices effective on the advanced of women and gender mainstreaming in Integrated decision-making, with the ultimate aim to improve equality of rights between men and women.

Main purposes are:

For Children:

• Provide basic rights for children; the right to life, growth, protection and participation.
• Provide protection for children from exploitation and other rights violations
• Empowering groups (communities, government and private sector) associated naturally and strategically with the children to develop independence, views, opinions and participation of the wider community to uphold the rights of children.
• Develop a study center and information network for the protection of children in local, national, regional and international level.

For Women:

• Build and strengthening women in the community-based level.
• Collaboration with women's network around the world
• Women protection, in particular the marginalized and oppressed classes
• Promote human rights awareness with a focus on women's rights
• Fighting for change in values, attitudes and behavior that are manifestations of the ideology patriarchy
• Promote for feminist values into the various legal systems and policies
• Endeavor to do many other legitimate and not contrary
